Erik Sigurd is the solo piano project of South East London composer and pianist Leif Kaner-Lidström. Working across jazz, classical and contemporary music, his practice spans performance, composition and improvisation, informed by projects including Levitation Orchestra and his own cinematic ensemble. Under the Erik Sigurd moniker, these influences converge into intimate piano works shaped by lyrical minimalism, cinematic atmosphere and a quiet sense of emotional depth.
